My husband and i live in Alabama but visit Miss as often as possible. Our choice of sleep over is the Hollywood Casino, but definitely our second choice is Knights Inn. We have stayed there four or five times and will definitily stay again as the price is ok. One weekend we had two nights booked, but the second night we had to leave and the manager totally understood and refunded our money for that night. The staff is friendly and rooms are clean. There is a frige, but no ice trays, a microwave and wifi. There is also a laundry room. The beds are about as comfortable as we would like without being home. Our only dissapointment is the small screen tvs. « less

A budget motel is a budget motel, nobody is expecting a 5 star experience. All I hope for, with a limited budget, is a clean room, helpful/friendly staff and a safe location. This motel had none!
On a road trip through the USA my girlfriend and I played the "motel lottery" several times and were mostly pretty satisfied with what we got for such little money. This motel was one of the few exceptions. (so much so it prompted me to write my first ever Trip Advisor review)
My advise would be to avoid this motel, even if it is the cheapest on the list. Spend the extra few bucks and go somewhere else. « less

I was very concerned about staying at this hotel because of the reviews I had read on-line. I asked to see the room before we checked in because my husband has allergies. I was shown the room we would be staying in, and I did not see any of the issues stated in previous reviews. Everything was clean, there were no cobwebs, bugs, mildew or moldy smells. The door had a dead bolt, plus the security lock at the tob. The only problem we encounted was a shortage of electrical outlets. The TV, microwave, and refrigerator were all placed within reach of one outlet. We had to unplug the refrigerator in order to use the microwave. That was not a real problem, as we only used the microwave one time. We will gladly stay here again when going to a concert at one of the casinos. A lot easier than going to Gulfport and paying the high prices of being close to the beach. The manager on duty was very nice, and did not mind showing us the room or answering any questions we had. « less

They started out giving us a roomwith 2 beds, but one had been slept in an not made. the second room was a king size bed. no security lock on the door and the room had not been vacuumed. awful and will never go back. When i went into the bathroom, there was a dirty towel on the back of the door and the coffee pot was never cleaned. « less
