We stayed here two nights, visiting Charleston for a day by using local bus services (it takes a long time to reach Charleston on these)! We made use of the courtesy bus from the hotel to get back to the airport and also access the bus services and the driver on both occasions couldn't have been more helpful. The room was comfortable and the breakfast which is included was also good. It occurs to me that had we been trying to find the hotel ourselves it might have been quite difficult without a SavNav/GPS as the hotel is set back from the road and behind a garage and another hotel - Comfort Inn. Good quiet location though and we were able to walk to restaurants from it. « less

I recently booked a block of rooms as team manager for my daughter's soccer team. We were going to a tournament in Charleston. A lot was on my shoulder's if this hotel turned out to be bad. The whole team would have blamed me. However, from the get go the manager of the hotel (Alison) was more than helpful! She was in constant contact with me and made absolute sure everything was in order. Even with some last minute changes she was able to help me out and with a ver pleasant attitude. The rooms were fantastic and seemed to be recently updated. The desk and housekeeping staff was very pleasant and helpful as well. The hot breakfast was also great! I will be staying here again for sure. The whole team was very pleased as well. « less

Staying a hotel chain you can trust is always a good thing. We arrived after a very long day riding on motorcycles from Florida in the rain and was greeted at the desk by a very nice woman. She got our room booked very fast and we had request a first floor room, which was provided. The hotel is in a area which is right off the expressway, 10 minutes from downtown Charleston. Lots of restaurants with in minutes of the hotel. Room was clean and up to date. No refrigerator or micro-wave (same as other Hamptons). Breakfast was good and fast, which is what we like. Would diffidently return this this hotel as well as any other Hampton Inn. « less
