Ramada airport San Diego was ok for a one night stay prior to cruise. Hotel does not look like the pictures on their web site. It is need of a good upgrade. Rooms are small, and the free breakfast needs help. No meat, only boiled eggs and limited pastery. Denny's is three blocks away down questionable streets. The front desk was on the unfriendly side with little help. On the plus side the shuttle from the airport was fast and effecient. The next day the shuttle delivered my wife and I along with other couples to the Cruise pickup point at the Sheridan Hotel with no problems. I would stay here again only if going on a cruise, I would not stay here if I were to view the sites of San Diago. « less

Recent stay at Ramada San Diego Airport. The hotel staff was very accomidating, they tried to help. The building as well as the rooms had a musty smell and opening the windo did not help. We had a room with a balcony but the screen door to the balcony had holes in it and did not close properly. The staff in the breakfast area was most helpful as was the front desk. Alass the work materiels were an unsighly mess, our travel compainions had a room that faced this and it was not a nice experience. « less

I love getting up in the morning and sitting out on the patio with a cup of coffee watching the boats come in. Great spot and very friendly staff. Definately will be coming back. « less
