An American style low-rise hotel. Rooms have lovely Double beds, Queen size beds, and Jacuzzi Suites. Our hotel is located in the World Famous Fallsview Area. We are across from both the Falls and the brand new Fallsview Casino. This area is the most popular in Niagara Falls and is therefore hard to find parking however our hotel provides Free Parking for all of our guests. Most attractions are within walking distance from our hotel (ie., Skylon Tower, Imax Theatre, Maid of the Mist, and Journey behind the Falls) and Marineland is only a 3 minute drive.
We also have an on-site Family Restaurant which serves High quality American dishes at reasonable prices.

I stayed there with my wife for two nights for our Anniversary, we booked a standard room, upon our arrival we were given a free upgrade. We were happy to receive the best suite with a great view and a jaccuzzi. The staff were very welcoming, accomodating and friendly, they supplied all of our wants and needs to make a memorable stay.
The general manager herself, went out of her way and did above and beyond to make our stay a pleasant one.

Helpful with directions.Explained our package to us and where to go to go for our meals.Had a hot tub room and the room was big enough to have 10 people hang out in.The only real bad thing was that the TV and cable were not updated , could not watch leaf game. Was ok because we were kept busy anyways. « less

I have stayed at many very lovely Days Inn . Our stay at Fallsview Days Inn on April 19/13 was a huge disappointment. Front desk clerk was not very welcoming. We had a package deal which included casino play and breakfast. Luckily, I have had these packages before and pretty much knew how they work as she was not offering any info on how/where to redeem vouchers. I paid an extra $30.00 for a dinner at Remmingtons (usually included in these hotel deals) that was horrible and did not include salad and desert as in the past deals we have so enjoyed. Lobster as an added paid extra was overcooked and rubbery. Signed a "noise waver" so was expecting a nice quiet stay. Didn't happen, load partying from room across the hall. I think we are done with the Loyalty Niagara packages. « less

Thank you for sharing you comments on Tripadvisor we have absolutely great packages offered her at the hotel and also on line. What you have describe is a package without dinner but added a Prime Rib Dinner for an extra $30.00. We have sold 105 packages month to date with no complaints about breakfast or dinner. I hope you shared your complaints with your server who I hoped would have made it right. for you while you were at the restaurant. This weekend was a very busy weekend with lots of travellers and two different boys jr hockey team yes guest sign a Guest Conduct Letter but unforunately don't control the children and we try to do it. There was actually few noise complaints recorded I do apoligize for the inconvenience.

We were booked in for two nights and the beds were not made after our first night. When we came back to the hotel we noticed that the bedsheets were all a mess and the maid had just thrown the bedspread over. Also one of the beds had a bump. When we looked under the bedspread we saw a tee shirt that had been there all night. When we spoke with the front desk about our beds not being made and the tshirt, her response was our hotel policy is that we do not remove anything from the bed. This is absolutely ridiculuous. She did not even address our concern about the beds not being made. We were appalled at her response and we felt that our complaint was not important. Also, the fan in the bathroom was so loud it gave us a headache. « less

Thank you for sharing your concerns with the hotel on Tripadvisor. All comments good or bad are taken very serious in order to help us to give the best service we can provide. All issues are recorded by front desk, housekeeping and even maintenance. Our policy is if there is any personal belongings on the bed we do not make up the bed. All stay overs sheets are not changed daily unless requested by the guest but bed is made. I have followed up with all logbooks and only thing found in a bed by a guest was his own shirt. I do apoligize for my staff if there seemed to be a lack of remorse in the conversation but all entries and comments are followed up by me.

I have stayed in Niagara many times and at various hotels, this is easily the worst I have been at. This hotel has some reevaluating to do. Management is nor helpful or pleasant. The rooms are barely acceptable, very dirty and grungy. You are able to hear noise quite clearly throughout the hotel, only leading to obviously paper thin walls. I would never stay at this hotel again. Even after expressing the poor experience staff was unwelcoming and unapologetic. It always seemed as if I was inconveniencing them. I was looking to have an enjoyable weekend away but due to the lack of professionalism at Days Inn, this was ruined. It's unfortunate that bitter 'customer service' providers have the ability to completely ruin what was meant to be a fun weekend. If only you could refuse to pay at the end because you did not get what you paid for. It's a shame. Choose another hotel, thank goodness there are many options in the area. « less

All comments good or bad which are posted on Tripadvisor helps us become a better hotel. Unfortunately as a manager I have to have knowledge of what the writer is talking about to try and justify a response I do apoligize about the noise in the hotel room but the hotel has three floors and all rooms are solid concrete. Guest are told at check in if there is any issues to call the front desk so it can be taken care of immediately.
