I booked a non-smoking room 4 months in advance but when we got there they put us in a smoking room with a reason: we are out of options which to me is unacceptable. The check in staff was slow and the shuttle driver was extremely rude and cussed at us when he asked for more tip on top of what we gave him but we didn't give him. Overall a terrible experience and I will never return to this hotel again. « less

On behalf of Baymont I would like to apologize that you had to stay in a smoking room specially with a baby. Unfortunitely on busy or sold out nights most none smoking rooms get sold first, and the guests who arrive late get the smoking rooms. We are verry sorry for the inconvinience, and we will make sure to address this problem with urgency.

Stayed here on April 27, 2013. Booked two rooms through Booding.com. When we got to the hotel, we were greeted by a very friendly desk person, who soon had a look of confusion on his face because my reservations did not come through. If we had checked in a few hours later, they would have been booked. Very upset with Booking.com. The hotel was clean, and the beds were ok. The rooms were typical, sparse, but ok. The breakfast area was minimal. « less
