let's start with the dinner we tried to have after checkin. we were seated in the resturant that had all of maybe 12 patrons besides us. 30 minutes later the bartender brought us menus and apologized. 15 minutes later she took our order which got to us only 60 minutes later. she brought us the bill and again apologized. to this day we do not know if we had a wait person.
Now we move forward to the room. acceptable but nothing great for a suite. We were there seven nights and had to call down for something the housekeeping staff didn't leave every evening; coffee, toilet items, wash cloths, glasses. everyday something different. One day they made the bed and not much else. there were times I felt the room supplies came out of the pockets of the staff.
How Hilton can even offer this hotel let alone charge what they do is a mystery. « less

But the hotel really had nothing memorable in either service or decor. It was a fine, serviceable establishment.
