The Ontario Grand Inn and Suites is a new Boutique Style hotel which opened on July 2008. The hotel offers great in room features such as brand new Sealy Posturpedic Mattresses, hardwood floors, refrigerator, in room safes, hairdryer, coffee maker, and spa-inspired rain-shower head by Moen.
The rooms also feature 37 inch high definition flat screen televisions with cable & HBO. We have two board rooms; each board room is 200 sq. ft and seats up to 10 people.
The hotel offers the following complimentary amenities: Outdoor swimming pool, 24 hour fitness center, and wireless internet access and airport shuttle service.
Our Bar is Oppened Monday - Thursday from 05:00-08:00PM

Read other reviews and had my concerns before arriving. Here's what happened; checked in about 8pm. The front desk person was not very personable...gave me my room key and showed me the elevator. He didn't mention where the free breakfast was, the fitness or business center. Got to the room and it looked unkempt and dingy. The curtain rod was broken as was the closet door. Floor looked dirty, lamps were dusty and chaise lounge chair was filthy. The front desk moved us to another room...same issues with cleanliness now add no iron, nonworking remote for tv, blood on the bathroom wall, tshirt size sticker on the wall. The front desk said since he was the only one there we would have to wait for security to get there and run an iron up for me. Its now 9:30pm. I called priceline and got us checked out with a full refund. This hotel needs a lot of work. Unprofessional staff, decrepit furniture in and out of the room and just a basic feeling of filth. « less

Location is good, close to plenty of restaurants and Ontario Mills Mall. The rooms are nice and spacious. Clean and love the shower in the bathroom. There is no bath tub but the shower more than makes up for the lack there of. The service is nice. There is a bar but closed Friday - Sunday which kind of sucks. Bed is very soft and ultra comfy. There are hardwood floors in the room which makes the room seem bigger but also a little less personal in a way. Makes everything seems to echo. The morning breakfast is decent. Overall I would and am going to stay here again and I do recommend if you're in the area and need a place that not crowded but still close enough to everything then this is your place. « less

The decor of the rooms is very nice. Free wi-fi. It was an overnight stay, but it was nice. Would definitely stay here again! « less

The room was big and the bathroom was redone nicer than any other part of the room. The TV worked but remote barely worked and ALOT of the channels had no sound. We came to enjoy the pool and hot tub while on vacation but the pool was ice cold and the spa was cold as well. WTH?? The outdoor bathroom next to the pool/spa was absolutely disgusting. Even the guys commented that the bathroom was really bad!! So.....if you're ok with everything being out-of-order it's a decent hotel. « less
