Lovely Persian restaurant with delicious and cheap food. The food is simply great- during our 4 night stay, we ate there 5 times. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. Security keeps a careful eye on the property at night in this quiet neighborhood. I recommend this motel highly and will stay there again. « less

I have been spending time to time in different motels staying on or two day the most , when I found The New Sun Gate Motel , I was so happy to spend a week their , without second thoughts of going to another motel the rate was perfect with the why the economy is, the lowest rates I've never seen in motels , the rooms a lager and clean , maid service is great , the maid check with the guests every day to see if anything is needed or can be done , the restaurant food was excellent , nice and clean ,price for meals was cheap , the staff at the motel was always helpful and kind . the pool was awsome and quiet . the manger would go out of his way to make sure your stay was great. I will recommend The New Sun Gate Motel to my friends and family . I would like to thank the staff very much for making me feel at home . I'll be back again now that I found a motel that I feel safe and at home . « less

Visiting family in the area I have not seen in years, this was an affordable Palm Beach motel. Only stayed one night but found my room clean enough, and king bed more than comfortable in a spacious room. The motel is dated - 5 different type/ages of tile in the room, older inexpensive furniture, over grown landscaping, worn kitchen-vanity area. But overall acceptable because of the value. Beach was minutes away. Lake Worth business district a few blocks away had plenty of restaurants, bars, clubs and activity. Quick affordable breakfast. Friendly management. « less

We booked the motel for one night in November 2012 - some days since alreday but this motel just deserves a top-recommendation.. The reason for booking this place was just because it had a completely different style than any other motels which you book normaly and we wanted to try something different. Unfortunately the "Elvis"-Room was booked already but the manager was very polite and gave a the choice between those rooms which were available that night. Of course you can not expect a Hilton-Standard -it is still a motel- but very nice and lovely furnitured rooms, very clean and quiet at night. Since we were hungry we decided to have dinner in the restaurant which belongs to the motel. It was fantastic!! The family owned motel and restaurant which serves Persian food has an astonishing atmosphere although it is not fancy equiped but cares for its guests. When you are in the restaurant you don`t feel like in Florida but somewhere in the Orient. When you go back to your room and see all the colourful pictures and furtnitures you are back in the 50's (or 60's depending on your room :-) ) It is something special you will hardly find somewhere else in Florida. Just try this motel out and you will always want to come back. We definitely will! « less
