The good: One of the cheapest "Name brand" hotels along I-25 in Colorado Springs. Near attractions such as Garden of the Gods and Hwy 24 leading west. The bad: Old, run down, stunk of smoke (different kinds), staff was not very friendly, internet didn't work, and a very limited breakfast. Stay here if you can't - or don't want to - afford upgrading to a nicer hotel. Overall impression: Beats sleeping under a bridge I guess. « less

I arrived late but had noted late arrival when booking. The desk clerk told me there were no rooms left on the first floor - I wanted a first floor room because my dog gets up in the middle of the night. When I explained that to the clerk and requested something close to the door on the second floor, the clerk miraculously *found* a vacant room on the first floor! I think it was always available! « less
