Property Description
The Villas are located in Kissimmee to the east side of Disney and in the heart of the entertainment district. The prices quoted are generally for the Bronze condos, but you can of course upgrade to silver or gold if you wish. These are condos that have been extensively upgraded.The clubhouse & pool are just a short walk from the villa. The clubhouse features a snack bar/convenience center and exercise room. The pool area includes a Jacuzzi. The accommodation here at the Villas are perfectly laid out to give you the maximum privacy, but still lets you enjoy the community atmosphere.Each unit has over 1300 sq ft of air conditioned living space. Each condo is decorated to the owner's specific style, that will leave you with a lasting impression. They all support a large living area with TV, and a panoramic window, allows a spacious, light, airy and relaxing environment, that will help you to unwind after a tough day at the parks. The dining table seats six to eight and the kitchen is well equipped with all the amenities that you would need including a dishwasher, full size fridge/with freezer, stove, microwave and a washer/dryer, all of which makes this self-catering holiday that little bit easier.The bedrooms are large bright and comfortable. The beds will differ slightly between units but they generally have a King or Queen in the master suite, The second bedroom with either have a Queen bed or a set of 2 twins, and the 3rd bedroom will have a set of 2 twins. Each bedroom is spacious and designed to help you un-wind and have a peaceful night's sleep.They are perfect for group bookings, as you can keep your teams within arm's reach, and include the families in the festivities.There is nothing not to love about these fabulous condos. Minutes’ walk from US 192 which has many local restaurants, catering for all different tastes.The Villa is centrally located to all the area attractions, including many wonderful golf courses!). The Osceola Parkway is very convenient to the villas and offers fast, traffic-free access to Disney. Stop on your way to the park to get tickets and save hours of waiting in the lines.
