"Not our best hotel experience"
Overall Score2.0/ 5
Our king bed room was very small. We found the desk staff very unfriendly and not welcoming. There was a fire alarm while we were there. The staff did not look after the guest's comfort nor did they try to help those guests who were checking-in to get to their rooms or make any helpful suggestions. Plus our telephone in our room was not working.
