this is a death trap, dirty , no smoke alarm , burn holes in bedding, I was in shock at the state of the rooms, i will book a room on pictures again. and the manager agreed with me, he said he will return my money .one night is all we could take .moved to comfort inn and had a great stay ,parkside needs gutting and a re fit .glad I took the photos. « less

I shared a room here, for two nights with a friend and her son, and would never return or recommend this motel to anyone! There were roaches crawling in the bathroom, even after my friend called the desk asking them to spray. The bed and pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable and I was frankly afraid to sleep. The sheets looked fairly clean, but the blanket and bedspread were old and worn and stained. Thankfully I had brought my own towels and washcloth because the ones provided by the motel were about the size of a postage stamp and were very thin and worn, and that was when clean towels were provided. When drying my hair, a fuse blew. I have never had that happen at a hotel or motel before! The toilet barely flushed and the bathroom was not cleaned, hence the roaches. The carpet was disgusting and I did not walk barefoot in the room, at all. It didn't appear as though housekeeping ever set foot in the room while I was there. Next time I will book my own hotel at Downtown Disney and just meet friends at the park if I'm there to visit and tour Disney with someone! « less

Hmm where do I begin? First of all, I arrived at the hotel at 12:00pm with my 3 year old daughter. I wanted to check in and they said check in isn't until 430. So what am I supposed to do until then? We decided to go to Disney world and they were trying to sell me tickets that were clearly a scam, do NOT buy their Disney tickets! They called a cab for me that charged me $50. When I arrived back to the hotel there was this really rude lady who gave me the key to the hotel, she didn't acknowledged me and decided that having a personal conversation was more inportant. Wifi doesn't work, there is no food or coffee. The room is horrible! It smells and it's very dirty. I can't believe this place is legal! It looks like how I imagine a meth lab would look. Not a friendly envoironment. I don't care if they would charge $10 per night, not worth it. Oh and I called the front desk to call me cab and she said I dont know any cab numbers.... What do you mean? You called one for me a few days ago! I'm not a picky person. All I want in a hotel is safety, cleanliness, and a friendly staff and they didn't meet one of my expectations.

This was the worst hotel room I have ever been in. And we're not ones who are extremely picky or need immaculate accommodations. While the location and staff was nice enough, the room was disgusting. There were gnats, smelly stained towels, lumpy bed mattress and pillows, sticky nightstand, floor, and doors, an open pack of boxers(!), food crumbs around the tv, shower rod held together with duct tape, stained bathroom walls and door, hairs on the sheets, no stopper in sink.... the list goes on. I cannot see how anyone could stay here. Save your money and go elsewhere! « less
