We have stayed at various Quality Inns and have had good luck. I guess it was our turn to get burned this time. We booked two nights online and I should have read more reviews. We arrived at the motel and there was furniture and lamp shades sitting out all around the grass of the property. I went in to talk to the desk clerk and she said they were renovating. We were already past the time for a refund so we decided to give it a try rather than driving all over looking for another room. I will explain the good points first. The bed and linens were good. The carpet in the room was in good shape but the furniture in the room was old. The shower had no control on the hot water and it was either Hot or scalding hot. The highway noise is so bad that you wake up all night with traffic and sirens. We were moved to another room due to the shower issue and that room had its own issues. The shower worked but the tub looked like to bottom was broke out and patched and was very dirty. Only good thing is it was within walking distance of the Tanger Outlets. We will not stay there again. « less

Our stay here was not the best. The bed was adequate and the room clean, but the noise kept us awake. You could hear people next to you and above you using the facilities and sorry to say all of them. I consider it normal to hear water going for showers, but not people actually using the bathroom and flushing. You could also hear when there microwave was finished. People checked in all night long. You could hear them running on the stairs and above us. Some were drinking and shouting to each other. We had to park several spaces away as others had taken the parking spots in front of our room You enter your room from the parking lot. The key was different as well. You wave it in front of your door to get the door to unlock rather than sliding it into a slot like most others. Quite tempermental. Took quite a few tries to get in. The following morning I asked at the front desk if they rented rooms all night and the lady there seemed to be proud that they did. Don't recall the breakfast. A distressing experience. If in the area again, will find accommodations elsewhere. The property might have been average, but the stay definitely was not. « less

I am writing you this review to warn all who may think about staying at this property. As a business, I book rooms all over the Southeast for our company. However, this property has to be the worst. We had to put a driver in this property for the week, however, he could not stay as the property was crawling with roaches and ants. What is worse is when he tried to check out, the staff did not know how to adjust his stay to one night. Furthermore, instead of adjusting the charge to one night, they continued to charge our company. In the end, we wound up paying over $ 400.00 for one night at the roach motel. We have been refused a refund as the property insists these were refunds. I have bank statement to prove this is a complete lie. Please, to all, stay ANYWHERE but here. « less

My husband and I were searching for a hotel for the night and had no idea where we were really. We found the outlet malls, and the colliseum, and just pulled into this hotel, "crossing our fingers". Not only was the price reasonably, the room was neat, clean, and comfortable. It came with a microwave and refrigerator, as well as as a really comfortable bed to sleep in. It was not a new hotel, but it had been maintained well, inside and outside. The breakfast was well presented and good. The staff was was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. And although it is quite close to the highway, there was no noise. Didnt even know that it had rained overnight. We were very pleased. « less

We spent 3 days at this motel in February 2013. The property is so-so but safe and decent value for the money. However, the outstanding issue was the friendliness of the staff, especially Sonya. We received advice on restaurants in particular, also places to see, parking information, shopping tips and a there was a genuine willingness to help us feel welcome and at ease. We appreciated the over-the-top service for a very modest price. « less

"Everything went great. The hotel and it's Management anticipated our every wish and took care of us. It went so well that I have booked our conference there for next year. I have passed the web site on to others and will continue to do so.
