I have never stayed in Collierville before and decided to stay here based on the positive reviews I read. You would never know that this was a mid level hotel - it was much nicer than most of the expensive hotels I stay at. Superb customer service, very clean and well appointed rooms with tons of little extras - laptop trays, free wireless internet, comfy beds with down pillows and plush comforters, extra blankets, free breakfast with a wide variety of fruits, eggs and bakery goods and hot coffee and juice, in room coffee makers, plenty of towels. Everyone that works here is genuinely friendly and eager to please. I found out they have been rated the best Hampton Inn in the Mid South and I totally agree! I highly recommend this place and will be back again. « less

Nice area in the suburbs of Memphis with plenty of food choices (both fast food and sit down and dine) and shopping options within a mile or so of the hotel. I felt safe at all times and the location was very close to all of the major highways in the area. « less

My brother has always recommended Hamptons, as he travels quite a bit. This was our first Hampton stay. We were so impressed by the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The rooms were nice and clean, the internet was free (and fast) and the complimentary breakfast buffet was wonderful! And the beds were SO comfortable! « less
