For the money we spent we had a good experience. The bed in our in room jacuzzi suite seemed smaller than a Queen but no complaints. We took advantage of the continental breakfast in the morning. Just outside of San Francisco but a close enough drive if you're looking to save a little money and stay just outside of the city. « less

It doesn't pretend to be a 4 start hotel, but it is good value for money and it's very close to my work site. I use it for an overnite when I come back way late from the East coast and don't want to make the hour drive home and then turn around and drive back in. The night manager is very accomodating. « less

I was looking for a cost effective yet convenient, clean and satisfying experience. I opted for the Travelodge, with a bit of trepidation. I must say, I was pleased to find that it was more than I had expected. Room was simple, yet clean and provided some unexpected amenities: a large jacuzzi tub and a beautiful picture window overlooking the bay. I opted for a suite so I also got a nice sitting area with a simple yet functional microwave, plates and sink. Again, I wasn't signing up for luxury stay. I will say, that this exceeded my expectations for a comfortable, cost effective and satisfying experience. « less

I was not happy with mainly the condition of the hotel and rooms. I am a general manager at an economy type hotel from a different area so I know what should be expected. I also realize that things can not be perfect and there is expected wear on a hotel but this was in excess I felt. The building itself looked run down. I had chose to spend the little extra to get a room with a jacuzzi tub. I did not really get to even use the jacuzzi. I tried but found that not only did the lights over the tub not work but the jacuzzi controls did not work. You could turn it on but it only went on full blast, the controllers for the speed only spun and did not control anything. I sat in the tub and got right back out because it was too much. The windowsill in the bathroom was filthy. The wall paper was coming off at the seams in certains spots. There was green mold in the faucet handle on the tub. On the good side, the bed was comfortable, the sheets were clean, the bath towels were good and plentiful. I appreciated the extra shampoo and the lotion. Suprisingly quiet for being right off the freeway. A little upkeep can go a long way. « less
