They are like being in your own home, they have free laundry usage & also have a gym that is for you to use. They staff are real friendly & helpful. If I am ever back in Horsham than I hope that there will be a room for me here. Newly renovated according to signs the hall stank but the room somehow did not which is good. Affordable and decent it was not fancy or even above average. Not well insulated between rooms could hear casual conversations and nextdoor neighbor urinating. In addition he got inot a fight with someone on the phone so we had lovely bedtime entertainment
No F&^K You! Yeah, F&^K You! F&^K You! Then a slamming door and blessed quiet.
Now the hotel cannot be resposible for such outbursts but it does point out that weekend stays in a resisdence style inn places you and your family in close contact with people who may be stressed from a long term assignment away from home
Beds were comfortable and the AC hard to keep at a cool and comfortable level - not too cold or too hot.

I was pleasantly surprised that a hotel so inexpensive could be so nice. It had everything we needed and many extras. Every part of the hotel was clean and inviting. The gym was small but all the equipment was modern and in excellent working condition. The bed was comfortable and they gave us the choice between feather or foam pillows. The staff was friendly and accommodating. « less

We were visiting family in the area and stayed at Candlewood Suites in a one bedroom unit because we knew we would have the stove top, refrigerator, dishwasher, and pantry needed to store and prepare the cornbread dressing (that's what Southerners call stuffing baked outside the bird) and the sweet potato souffle to take over for Thanksgiving dinner. The unit does not have an oven, but otherwise the kitchen is complete.
Our unit was fine and I noticed the newly renovated areas of the unit. We always want a room that has a view of the duck pond out back! We've stayed here numerous times. Our only problem was with the guests upstairs who evidently let their kids run around and jump on the bed and furniture beginning around 8 pm; maybe it was a babysitter that let the kids do that? We called the front desk and they continued to check on the problem until it stopped and called us back to be sure all was okay.
Anytime I've stayed here and had any issues with the accomodations, the personnel have been willing to do their best to resolve the issue. As far as I can tell, a lot of the clientelle is business people in the area for training. There were several utility company trucks in the parking lot while we were there which I thought might be a carry over from damage in the area from the hurricane Sandy. The hotel has good accomodations, in a safe location, for a reasonable rate. If you can find better somewhere else, then that's up to you. « less
