Hot tub in room not been cleaned properly , used it and in morning had skin rash , have taken water samples for testing. Front desk girl did not seemed concerned and would not get manager , stayed here many times before for business and personal , hotel has gone downhill and will be last time me or my family stays here and will pass this info on to corporate procurement staff to review future use « less

Dear Guest, I am so sorry you did not have a pleasant stay at our hotel. Our hot tubs are cleaned throughly in all rooms. Is it possible you had an allergic reaction to the soap products or maybe some residual cleaning product? We take great pride in our hotel. We have been working really hard to upgrade. We have repainted and recarpeted the hallways. We have upgraded approximately a quarter of our rooms and have just ordered another 40 rooms of carpet, furniture and TV's. This is not a process that happens overnight and we understand the need for renovations. We are doing our best to get this accomplished.

We stayed here just to get away for a mini vacation. We found that there were many restaurants very close to us. The best part was the Gateway Lanes right next door. We walked over for bowling and some arcade time. There was also mini golf and lots of other activities in the bowling alley. Great place for a mini getaway! « less
