I would start by appreciating the Super nice staff at this Super 8 location. Everyone at the hotel is nice, especially the front desk clerk Mike. I stayed there for almost a month, room was nice and clean and had fridge and microwave, bathroom was clean, housekeeping service is pretty decent. Bad part would be internet and breakfast. Internet is slow and it hangs very often. I am pretty sure it's router issue and needs to be fixed. Breakfast isn't impressive and is not like other Super 8 locations(doesn't meet super 8 standard or consistency). Their breakfast missed things like yogurt, fruit, waffle. The donuts that were served also were usually old and even after being informed they repeatedly kept old donuts, I even experienced old milk. Overall the stay was nice and I recommend this place. « less

Hello there,
Let me start off by sharing my great appreciation for your time and effort in providing a very reasonable and fair review for our property.
Also, I'm very pleased to know of how nice Mike was during your stay... His praise is well-deserved and he always attracts the utmost respect from myself, our staff, and all of our guests.
Moreover, I'd have to agree with you in that our internet connection has been struggling as of late... And it may seem like a coincidence, but we decided to invest some additional funds into improving this area within this last week. We discovered that one of the three access points was faltering, and also the router was not of commercial grade capability. Therefore, we have replaced all three access points (while adding a fourth one for additional signal strength) and also have replaced the main router and modem to get the max wireless connection for all of our guests in all areas of the building. Now, I'd love for you to try and test our new wireless equipment because I have aready been given feedback from additional guests due to immediate improvement.
Additionally, I would like to submit my sincere apology for the lack of attention to our breakfast. This is an area that we should not overlook, I can agree. I'm sorry that the milk was bad on a few occassions. That was not by our intentions, and you know that we would gladly replace the milk in front of you when you pointed out our mistake, as you kindly did. Regarding the donuts, we usually buy those in bulk, and they may not stand the test of time... Especially if business is slow and the supply does not get used up as quick as we expected. Although I honestly should not make this an excuse, and I do agree, we will have to show more improvement in this area... And we will.
Thank you again for your great understanding and appreciation towards the bright areas of our service and establishment. You are our guest, and we value your feedback and will never take it for granted.

we have stayed in quite a few super 8 motels but by far this one is the best. the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. our first room had a tv that didnt work and they could not have apologised more and gave us an upgraded room. the whole place was scrupulously clean and fresh. no finger marks anywhere, mirrors gleaming. close to anything you would want to go to. I was a bit unwell and the manager was so helpful and genuinely concerned.i would and will recommend this to anyone i know is going to the area « less
