Had a concert at the Pond. Needed a place to stay for the night. I've stayed at Days Inn in the past so I check this place. It was close to the venue and was a good value.
First off I was greeted by a friendly guy that quickly checked me in. There were other people in the office that were talking work stuff and I think it was the owner and his family. I've stayed in motels where the owner was on property and it seems like those are well kept because they care about their property.
The room was nothing fancy but it did the trick. Bed was fine and room was clean.
The room I stayed in was set up for someone in a wheelchair. Peephole was low and even the shower was accesable. I'm not disabled but it was nice to see the room like this. It's close to Disneyland but not walking distance.
For the price it was a very good hotel that did the trick. I would definitely recommend it. Thanks! « less

The room wasn't the worst but was definitely faaaar from the Best carpet is disgusting so I wore slippers at all times! Bed is rock hard I brought my own pillows and blankets! When we arrived for check in @about 1:am the man upfront was helping someone while another girl worker sat there & didn't even greet us so rude the man was nice ! We also could hear every noise from the street! The smell the room had was horrible mind u it was non smoking!Point is I'm never staying here again! « less

My husband and I stayed for 9 days in the days inn maingate. It was dirty stained carpets beds are hard as a Rock house keeping didn't do anything but make your bed and give you fresh towels. The bath tube was so slimy looks like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. The pool and hot tube both very dirty and not maintained the mattress and box spring are very stained smell nasty. The only good thing about this hotel was the friendly staff at the front desk we felt with three people at the front desk and they were great. But over all not a good experience at this hotel. « less

Offers a fair value. Close to Disneyland and on the ART bus transportation route. The included breakfast is limited, but adequate, offering waffles, bagels toast and pastries. The limited seating in the breakfast area was a bit disappointing, since the hotel was very busy, but we were able to sit outside on a beautiful day. The included WiFi was a plus, but often slow or difficult to connect; possibly because there were many people using it. The room was clean, but not fancy. Overall, we were happy with the hotel, and would book again for the value. « less

The staff was friendly at least, except upon arrival one of gentleman was not very pleasant. « less
