If I could give it a 1/2 star I would. Stopped here on our way back from Floridaat 1:30 am. No rooms at our first stop so this was the next exit and we had stayed at a Knights Inn in Florida with no issues so we thought we would try it again... BIG MISTAKE !! She said she had 2 rooms left. She first sent us downstairs, I noticed an odd smell going down the stairs and when we got to our room and opened the door it was like a tidal wave of... just nasty basement like odor. We went back and told here that wasnt going to work so she gave us the other room on the main floor. No smell but door wouldnt open, air cond. sounded like a freight train when running. I agree with all the other terrible post on this place.... Sleep in your car rather than stay here. I hate to bash a place but it really does deserve it. Save your $ 50+ bucks... NOT WORTH IT. « less

Dirty, dingy, disgusting....lots of rifraf in the motel and you can't help but feeling unsafe. Guy handed remote to tv when checking in and it didn't work ayway. You just don't want to stay here!! « less

Absolutely terrible. Immediately walking in you can smell cigarette smoke even though there are no smoking signs posted. Continues into all the rooms. Couldn't even get into our room at first even though the light was green. "The building has settled." We needed extra towels and none were available as they were still in the laundry. Really? What laundry? When you find tens of hairs on your sheets, I doubt there's clean laundry going on. Random stains on wall and carpet. To turn the tv on you had to use a pen and you only got one channel. Thank goodness the window could open. Oh, and our shower didn't even work. Had to wait for the handyman to come and fix it. The people behind the desk at least were pleasant. What I suspect to be the owner verbally confirmed they try to be cheap here as he apologized for everything. We'll see if we catch bed bugs in the morning. « less

We have been to Chattanooga on two separate occasions in which a hotel room was impossible to find. The 1st time we ended up driving home because there were none anywhere within 50 miles of Chattanooga and this time the only place we could find was the Knights Inn. It was cheap so I didn't expect much, but it was not very clean and it was very noisy! We stayed by the elevators, the walls were paper thin! The best advice I can offer is if you are headed to Chattanooga, look for hotels before you get there. It is a big town with not very many hotels apparently! « less

We stayed here on our way to Orlando. It was the halfway point on the 24 hour drive. There were quite a few other hotels in the area and we chose the wrong one. The only good thing was that we only had to stay for me to get about 8 hours of sleep in. Room smelled bad, bathrrom was gross. There was some sort of rubber mat in the shower that was rotting and moldy. Eww, and then there weren't enough towels because the shower was so enjoyable.
Pass on this one PLEASE!
PS, The pool was out of order, it looked to be out of order for some time as the pool had turned into some kind of storage container for building and maintenance supplies. « less
