Family of 8, arrived few hours before check in time, granted us the room anyways, didn't have to wait at all, that was awesome. Gary, front desk attendant, super nice, very helpful and courteous. Set us up together in 2 rooms, Rooms were very nice, dressing of the beds, real nice, bathroom, showers, were very clean. Air conditioner worked perfectly, hot and cold water worked perfectly. House keeping cleaned our roomed every single day, had fresh clean towels every day. had shampoo, soap, every day, even tho we didn't use tem, because had our own. Checkin was real easy, so was the check out. Pool was great! Pool was big, very clean, warm. They had a laundry for the guest which was not posted on the details when booking, so that was a plus, (washed before we came back) . Over all, It's not a 5 star hotel, but very close, definetly stay there again. :) « less
