We inadvertently were caught in the south by southwest mob of people in Austin while on a family trip. The staff at the round rock best western called several local places,just to find us a room, because they were sold out. I found the staff of both hotels to be amazingly helpful and courteous. The property at cedar park held our room and charged us a standard rate even though they could have gotten double the price due to the demand. The room as was nice with a jacuzzi ( although we did not use it). Breakfast was good and far better than a standard continental. Overall we had a great experience at this property and a great experience with best western in general! My only regret is not riding the train that is located next door. It looked like fun. « less

Apologies were made over the lack of choices for breakfast. Housekeeping staff good. room was clean and mattress was somewhat firm. This is an older hotel with spaces outside door. « less

Made an overnight trip to Austin, and decided on staying here since it was very close to the cedar park center. Upon checking in the lobby is under remodeling. After checking in, i got a room with a king size bed which was very comfortable. Room had a fridge and microwave, hair dryer and a small sofa where you could watch tv. There was plenty of people after i came back,BUT once inside, i couldnt really hear any noise, so thats good. I recommend this place and i would stay here again if im in the area. Room was very clean. « less
