I stayed here for 1 night. I checked in around 1100pm. It's a basic motor inn. I agree with other reviewers. I was pleasantly surprized. It was a nice clean room with a decent tv. I checked out at 800 am so all I wanted was a basic clean room for a decent price. All things considered, very happy. Easy access to I-95. « less

At 4 o'clock in the morning, we decided we had to stop for a power nap after driving for 9 hours and with 11 ahead of us till our destination. So we got off at the next exit and stopped at motel 6. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. The only thing is that for the 50 something we paid we had no shower stuff like shampoo, body wash and such. We also requested a wake up call at 10:30 so we could check out before 11 and get on the road which we didn't get. Luckily we woke up at around 10:50, grabbed breakfast at one of near restaurants and got back on the road. The bed was very comfy and we slept very well, therefore got back on the road well rested. « less

Within walking distance there are a number of restaurants, several grocery stores, drug stores, and a Hallmark card shop. Ashland is a lovely and safe small town. « less

Having to stop for the night after a 13 hour drive I stopped in Ashland to crash for the night. I was pleasantly surprised to find this motel newly remodeled. Still the old outer shell, the room had concrete walls but were freshly painted and there was a new bed in the room. I do have to say it was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in in a hotel/motel. There was plenty of hot water for my morning shower and soft, clean towels. A no frills motel, but a very pleasant stay. I highly recommend. Also, as a female traveling alone, I felt safe staying at this motel. « less
