Nice location, good service. Hidden costs were distasteful. When we checked out, we were informed of the $100.00 parking fee, we were never informed prior to leaving. There is no place to park, so guest have no choice but to park in the hotel lot. Another fee we found distasteful was the $12.00 per day fee for Wi-Fi. Upon checking out, we expected to pay for the Wi-Fi, but the additional $21.00 per day x five days, was a deal breaker. We did not protested, we just paid it and left. Will not be staying there on any future trips to the San Diego area. I have paid less for similar accommodations and did not have to pay for Internet use, or parking. Shameful! « less

Hotel is very nicely located in nearby downtown San Diego - a little far away from the bay and the Quarter - but it's a 5-7 blocks walk. Views are nice - I was there for a training and the food was good, the staff was very friendly - and they solved everything we needed.

Conveniently located. Needed to ask for towels and additional coffee. Clean. Chose to valet park the car. Multiple times the valet asked if we needed directions and we would tell them where we were going and the valet had never heard of the restaraunt or did not know where the attraction was. Call for your car because the valet has to run two blocks in order to get the car so the wait is long if you do not call first. You can walk to many places near the hotel. At night the streets are desolate. Be careful. « less
