Poor quality for the price. The first room they had me check in to was not cleaned. I had to be assigned a different room. That room was in very shape. It was clean, but in need of upgrading. They had put new sink, counters, desk, and chairs but did nothing to the walls or carpet. Wallpaper was peeling. The carpet was old and stained. The bedspreads were old and stained. The air quality was poor, like that of a basement. The bathroom was old and stained. Around the baseboards and behind the door of the bathroom there was thick dust and even mildew in some places. The power outlet near the bed was stripped. When I tried to plug my phone up, it literally fell right back out. I had to put something up against to keep it in. The bed slept terrible. My back and neck ached for two days after that one nights stay. The TV was an old model with very few channels. There was no channel guide, so I had no idea what the stations were. The staff was nice and friendly, but I will not be returning to this hotel. I've paid less money for other hotels in this chain and got way better quality. I'm very disappointed. « less

My stay at the Super 8 was a last minute travel need. They were very accommodating with my request for a ground floor room, as I had many bags, having just returned from an international trip. I stayed for a total of 12 days as I acclimated back to the US and time zone, jet lag etc. It was great having a washer and dryer to use, and the Breakfast was a god send as I didn't have transportation for all my dining needs. The only drawback, for me, was individual guests staying in adjoining rooms were loud, slamming doors coming and going, at various hours, and cell phone conversations were clearly audible from the room next door. You run into that at any hotel. Thank you Super 8! « less
