I travel a lot and would consider this to be an average hotel. It is older and the floors are warped in places. We even had one spot in out room which felt like it could break through. On the up side - room was very clean, staff was friendly, pool looked great and it was a place to crash for the night. Room had recently been remodeled. Oh, and the water pressure in the shower was awesome! « less

My son and I stayed one night last week at the Best Western Aladdin in Kelso, WA and I must tell you that it was probably one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed at in some time. It is NOT right off the freeway like some of the other choices in Kelso but is certainly worth driving a mile into town for. It was cleaner than the so called "4 star" hotel my family stayed at in February while down in Anaheim. Nice updated tile entry as well as bathroom and very well lit. Breakfast the next morning was very nice as well. I would not hesitate to ever stay here again. « less

We stay here often on our way to visit fmily in OR. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfy with good pillows.The building is getting older but they work at keeping it maintained. Not your place if you want 4-star elegance, but this is family friendly with a more than adequate breakfast for a diabetic dad, an energetic sugar crazed grandchild and a celiac grandmother. « less

Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room was clean, and comfy beds; however, because it's an older wood structure hotel, we could hear every creak and footstep of the people above us. The hotel definitely showing signs of wear and tear in the hallways. The breakfast was super with lots of options which was really great. For the money, this hotel served its purpose. « less

Stayed here for just the one night on our way to the Sea-Tac airport. This was the last night of our holidays and we were a bit hotel weary. Upon arrival the swimming pool was closed for cleaning and they were resurfacing the parking area. Bit of a let-down but we were very kindly offered a room upgrade by the friendly Front Desk staff. Nice touch. We ended up with a huge, quiet, comfortable room with two queen beds, a kitchen and a full sized fridge! Although not in use the indoor pool looked nice and clean and well maintained. The hotel also has a guest laundry, free wi-fi and complimentary breakfast all of which we made use of! The hotel is ideally situated, being just about 5 minutes from Interstate 5 and close to a number of restaurants. It is also just 20 minutes from the Mount Helen’s Visitor Centre. Although not a Best Western Plus we were very impressed by the high standard maintained throughout the hotel. All in all excellent value for money and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. « less
