This hotel is easy to find and is very clean. The rooms are big, and the bed was very comfortable. All the staff go out of their way to help or answer questions. I did not get to enjoy the breakfast, but the juice was fresh. Only 5 mins from Texas Motor Speedway. The price was very reasonable and there were no problems with the room, staff or area. Very nice hotel. « less

This was a nice enough motel, but the beds were so uncomfortable that after a six day stay (moving our daughter to the area for school), we were exhausted from lack of sleep, and our backs were killing us. The last 3 nights, we pulled the 1" foam carseat pads from my husband's truck to sleep on, in an attempt to sleep a little more comfortably. (It didn't help.) I honestly can't add anything more, because if you aren't sleeping comfortably, it's a deal breaker for us. Firm is fine, but rock solid...not so much. « less

After a very unpleasant experience at a BW in Taos, NM, several years ago, I removed the chain from consideration. However, this one popped up on a quick business trip and was a pleasant surprise. It was clean, staff was friendly and helpful, it was quiet, and the breakfast was fairly extensive. I travel with my own pillow, but my husband commented about the lumpy polyester pillows. Really, that pretty much covers it for this price-range hotel. We would stay here again--and bring two pillows. « less

My husband and I came to the Roanoke area a few weeks ago and stayed in a similiar hotel. Overall, we were disappointed. So glad we found this Best Western. Excellent location, the room is a nice size, the price was very reasonable, and the mini frig freezer--a little larger than others, by the way--actually kept our strawberries frozen! Our only disappointment was that they use DirecTV, and it lost signal during a thunder storm and we weren't able to finish watching a movie. Regardless, we'll definitely be back! « less
