Reason I stayed there was because thee was something G going on that day and no holy was available. Will never stay there again. Had two rooms and everyone tat stayed I'm both rooms woke up with marks on the body and very itchy. Don't stay there « less

I would also like to take this opportunity to apologize to you concerning my staff member’s rudeness. I train all my employees to be pleasant and friendly to all guests. Perhaps you encounter one of the housekeeping staff and misunderstood her. Languish barriers are very common in the hotel industry and can lead to misunderstanding. As for the price, I believe the hotel was price very reasonable when you compare rates to the other hotels in the area.

We stayed here on the 4th April 2013 in room 112. The Hotels location is convenient to the interstate 97 some 60 miles from Miami Airport, our starting point for our trip. It is a single story building, a clue to it's age. We checked in at 8 p.m. through the night window. This made us wary of the neighborhood, and of the Hotel. However all seemed OK, but we couldn't open our room with the cards provided. New cards provided we entered our very old room. it was clean and tidy, but the bathroom door was so warped that it wouldn't shut so whereas I could give the door a good thump from the inside, my wife couldn't - no privacy for her then! The poor condition of the bathroom was not a good policy with the ceiling cracked allowing the usual airborne germs somewhere to breed, aided by the warm wet atmosphere! We had a disturbed night with the noises of people outside our room until the early hours. Why do people who have to smoke think that they can smoke outside other rooms and talk in raised voices without disturbing anyone? Breakfast was the usual limited "continental" offered by the Chain, but here the toaster didn't work until we asked for it to be fixed, and the Cream Cheese portions were rancid. This Hotel trades, and presumable gains its business from being part of a Chain. This does the Chain no favours, as it's easy to judge the brand by poor examples like this. Would we stay here again? No. « less

March is the busiest month in the hotel industry in south Florida, making prices high and rooms not so quiet as guest have a tendency to party at hotels. I do apologize for that. I would also like to take the opportunity to informed you that as of April the hotel is receiving some renovations and upgrades making your next stay a more pleasant one. we hope to see you in the near future.

I did relayed your comments to the staff and have taught the housekeeping staff to check all lights and A/C in the room before a guest arrival.
