The Abbey's setting is one of the most perfect in the country, close to many interesting cities, yet situated right in the heart of the countryside at the foot of the Malvern Hills. The hotel offers you a tranquil haven in which to relax with spectacular views of the scenic Vale of Evesham and beautiful Malvern Hills. Our friendly and professional staff will guide you through each stage of the planning process, then handover to an event manager, who will ensure that all your planning pays off and everything runs smoothly. You can also be sure that all your guests will receive a warm welcome on arrival and excellent service throughout their visit. The Abbey features five main function rooms with a capacity of up to 300 people in a variety of layouts. There are also two additional syndicate rooms for break-out meetings. All the rooms are flexible and can suit meetings, conferences, training, team building, product launches, exhibitions, private dining, dinner dances and cocktail parties. They all feature natural daylight, wireless broadband internet access, plenty of power sockets and telephone points. The extensive gardens surrounding the hotel are the ideal location for team building, group exercises and summer drinks receptions.

The Hotel’s Cancellation Policy is as follows: 1. Any cancellation, postponement or partial cancellation of a confirmed booking must be made in writing and will be effective on the date of actual receipt at the Hotel. 2.This booking may be cancelled without penalty charges up to 4 weeks prior to arrival. Once passed this date the following cancellation charges will apply : o 28 - 21 days prior to the arrival date 25% of the cancelled revenue o 21 - 14 days prior to the arrival date 50% of the cancelled revenue o 14 - 7 days prior to the arrival date 75% of the cancelled revenue o Within 7 days of the arrival date 100% of the cancelled revenue 3.
