This was a very nice hotel. Receptionist was friendly and efficient. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the bed linen felt like it was just out of the dryer—a kind of clean you don’t often get in hotels. Breakfast was very good and more than most hotels will provide. I’d stay again when passing through Ft. Stockton. « less

This hotel was okay. We arrived very late and left pretty early in the morning so we had a very limited experience. Pool was nice and clean, room size was normal for a Comfort Suite, I think it may have just been not as clean as most other CS we have stayed at. Just seemed worn. Lady at the desk was nice enough, but not sure if we will return. « less

We were passing through when we had vehicle trouble and were stranded in Fort Stockton for three days. Not only was the staff kind and welcoming, but they remembered who we were whenever we came and went! They went out of their way to make us comfortable. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast included bacon, french toast, bagels, muffins, Danish, eggs, a waffle maker, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt and juice. There was also a selection of snacks and beverages for purchase. There were 2 computers w/printers in the lobby for guest use. Three separate seating areas in the lobby which I took advantage of. This stay was well worth the price. I'm sorry I had to leave! « less

Ft. Stockton is not a destination spot, it's a place to stop on your way to somewhere. That said, we weren't looking for a resort spa, we were looking for a comfortable place to stay overnight that was clean, cool, comfortable, and quiet. THIS is the place! We stayed overnight coming and going on our trip through Texas. I wish that all hotels were like this. They have a nice indoor swimming pool for a dip. The a/c worked well (we're talking West Texas where you can bake). The place was very clean. The folks were friendly. And there was a Walmart and Bealls down the road with a really good steakhouse (K-Bob's) just down the road. This is THE place to stay. « less
