Traveling cross country and stayed here two nights because of a storm in Oklahoma City. It was a great place to get some R&R after driving. Reliable internet, pet-friendly and next door to a Cracker Barrel so it's super convenient to grab a bite to eat. The staff was very nice and helpful. I was happy with the cleanliness and the room was spacious with a sofa/sitting area. It was slightly hard to find. There was a lot of construction going on in the area and it threw me off but that's not their fault. « less

Thank you for the important feedback that you provided to us about your stay. We recently changed our mattresses at our hotel, and choose to use an above standard product. We understand that not everyone has the same preferences as far as firmness, so we choose one that will accommodate a wide range of people. We wish that we could provide our guests with a mattress with adjustable firmness, but we feel that an affordable rate is far more important. We also have rooms with different configurations, some with chairs and desks and some with sofas. We hope that you give us another chance, because we are confident that we can make your next stay excellent!

Thank you very much for providing your feedback regarding your stay at our hotel. We apologize for any inconvenience you experienced during your stay. We try our hardest to make sure that all of our rooms are inspected, but unfortunately something got overlooked. We wash the shower curtains from each room regularly, and must have forgotten to replace them in your room. When a guest notifies us of anything lacking in our rooms, we promptly get the issue resolved - missing shower curtain or road noise. Our hotel does not directly face the highway, but we understand that not everyone is the same. Some people are light sleepers, and when they notify us at check-in, we make sure to place them in a room towards the back of the hotel where the road noise is minimized. We hope that you will give us another chance, because we are confident that we can offer you a much better experience during your next stay.

We stayed at this motel for three nights and found everything about this motel pleasing. The staff was friendly and efficient (you kind of felt like you were at home);always many fresh towels in the room everyday; the room was very clean and the bed was one of the few that did not give me a back ache when we stayed anywhere else. There could've been better hotels with more perks but the price point was superb and trust me when I tell you we have stayed at other motels for much more and given much less. From now on any visit to Oklahoma City in the future, I will be making reservations for this Baymont. In fact, if we are visiting another locale, I will peruse the web to see if a Baymont is there. Hopefully, it will exceed expectations like this one did. « less
