Hotel sounded nice on the website, but fell short on delivering. The room was in disrepair, paint peeling off the walls, traces of mold in the shower, and the toilet ran all night long. The T.V. remote looked like it had never been cleaned. They have to give you a specific "code" to use the wi-fi, but you can only use it on one device. What a pain. Breakfast was awful. (we ate elsewhere) We arrived a bit late and were looking forward to using the pool, but it closed at 9:00. So much for that. This hotel needs help. « less

Upon Check in, was a little worried. The front desk attendant was not very friendly. Room was basic, but worked for sleeping. Noisy street outside, Firetrucks, Etc.. Stayed Fri & Sat night, Quiet Friday, but Lot's of loud people on Sat night into the wee hours. Toilet ran 24/7 but a shut of bathroom door solved that. What do you want for 80 bucks a night? Oh coffe machine in lobby was broken, had to hit Mcdonalds 1.3 miles away « less

Thank you for taking the time to let us know our opportunities. We do apologize for the toilet and we would have gladly re-accommodated you. Unfortunately, the street noise is not something that is in our control. We have a great new coffee machine in the lobby and again, apologize for any inconveniences you were caused. We would love for you to come and stay with us again.

My Motorcycle had broken down on my way to Oakland from Phoenix, and while waiting on repairs I stayed at this Hotel. It was last minute, but I got a reasonable rate and a clean room. The Staff was amazingly helpful, efficient and courteous. The location is near shopping, a variety of places to dine. The Asian Fusion Restaurant (Couwami) right out front was really good, and open on Christmas Day! Small pool and Hot Tub would have been nice if the weather had been warmer, & the pool guy came and cleaned that day! Coffee & Danish in the Lobby in the Mornings......Thanks Much for your hospitality during my adventure....! « less

Friendly staff at the desk in a large lobby with computers that helped us find our next hotel as we traveled north up the coast. Location felt safe and restaurant recommended by desk staff turned out to be an excellent choice for reasonable priced delicious steaks. Breakfast selection was very extensive with a super nice person seeing to all your needs. Food was also tasty when some other restaurants may advertise hot breakfasts they may not be as good as this was. Room large and very clean, comfy beds & pillows with plenty of clean towels. Pool & hot tub definitely a plus and well maintained. Definitely would recommend to everyone coming to this area to stay here. Again, what a great staff. Thanks who checked in us. Really appreciate. « less
