I must work in this area often and have stayed at Cobblestone Inn & Suites of Durand, WI several times per year for the past 3 years. Carmen and the staff are always very friendly and always accommodate my needs to sleep during the daytime and be in a quiet area of the hotel. For a free "continental breakfast", it smokes what other hotels and motels offer. Others do not provide any hot breakfast items like sausages, eggs, corned-beef hash, or biscuits and sausage gravy. The beds are the best beds I've ever slept in - even better than my own bed at home. The number of pillows they provide is incredible - something like 5 pillows on a king size bed. The rooms are beautiful and super clean. I can't say enough about this facility. It is the best place I stay at during my work and travels throughout Wisconsin, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, & Iowa. « less

Dear Guest,
I truly apologize that your stay with us was not satisfactory. This was an isolated occasion where there was a miscommunication between the desk staff and they are receiving further training to ensure that this does not happen again. I hope you will stay with us again in the future so we can prove to you that we are a great value with a great staff who will do their best to make your stay perfect!
Sincerely, The General Manager

A modern, clean, up-to-date hotel. Very pleasant staff. Comfortable king sized bed. Quiet, especially considering we were next to the parking lot.. Would definately stay again.
