I stayed here for three days while in town for a wedding in Napa. It is about 30 minutes from napa, but the price made up for the drive. I was expecting the hot breakfast best western is known for, but other than that everything was great. The service was good and the room was clean. « less

Bonus points for being close to the Jelly Belly jellybean factory that gives great tours that my kids love.... « less

Stayed here twice before. This hotel is in a convenient location for me to attend a meeting. The beds are comfortable and clean, the front desk personnell is friendly and helpful, but this time housekeeping was slacking. There were cobbwebbs in the room and dust under the bed and under the chest. The mirror on the bathroom door had hand prints on it. Little details that make a difference. All King Size beds are on the second floor. No Elevator. The price is very reasonable and a continental breakfast is included. « less

We stayed here for 11 days in July 2012. The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly and accommodating. As with all Best Westerns the beds were wonderful.
There is nothing fancy about this place but that's okay, it doesn't have a fancy price tag either. We found that it was very clean, and mostly quiet. We had an issue with some people they put above us allowing their child to terrorize the place at 4 am, however, once informed of the problem they dealt with it immediately and there were no other issues.
The continental breakfast was excellent, a good variety and always fresh.
The only complaint was the washer and dryer. They are very old and they do not work very well at all, either washing clothes or drying them. A very small load had to run for 3 hours and was still not dry, nor were the clothes cleaned well. A new set of machines is definitely needed.
We stayed here while doing a road trip and found this to be an ideal location as far as getting into San Francisco (using carpool lanes only though otherwise a nightmare) and also for visiting wine country and going to the outlet stores, which are all in very close proximity to this hotel. There are also several restaurants, gas stations and fast food chains either right next to or across the street, or within a 2 minute walk of the hotel. Very well located.
We would definitely not hesitate to stay here again in the future! « less
