Free internet, Free Breakfast, Free Parking. When you travel a lot you start to appreciate when these items are still provided at no charge. The office even has a computer and printer available for free use. Can't complain about it, it's a motel so if you are expecting anything more than a clean and decent place to stay then look into a hotel. « less

Stayed here for 2 weeks in December and its pretty decent. Its on El Camino and all the eateries are near by and had a pleasant time. Lot of Indian Hotels are near by especially peacock and dosa place. Good choice for Indians if they are planning 2 day trip to bay area. « less

Husband came to Santa Clara first and stayed the first time solo, he was not impressed with the first room (heater made terrible noise) so requested another room. I arrived the second night but my trip was exhausting so I slept fine and didn't have any complains. However the third day we had to ask for a change of linen, garbage to be taken out and the noise from the top floor was awful. Overall the room was clean and tidy but the location was in a poorer part of town so not too much to see or do on foot. Found the front desk to be very friendly and helpful though All in all for the price, it was not so bad...at least no bedbugs for us. « less

Stayed here for 7 nights in mid-December. Stay was mostly fine (reasonable value for money), but I came home with bedbugs. I filled out their online review, and never heard back. I forgot to mention my room number, so they are obviously not serious about taking care of the problem. « less

If one wishes to be able to have any type of sleep at all and any type of decent SERVICE do NOT stay at this hotel. Upon check-in, requested a room where there was no one above, was told immediately (without even attempting to assist in anyway), the individual stated 'No help, no switch room, too full'. I stated excuse me, would you mind checking? I have an early flight so would really like to be able to sleep at least a few hours. Was told no switch and not hear footsteps. So I inquired, what if I do have someone above me that is literally running around etc, well call management. What good what that do, if you will not bother now to even look to switch me? Oh yes guess you right. I could NOT believe this. Of course I was not able to locate another hotel, so was stuck. Of course the room that the jerk assigned me was right by the staircase (less than a foot from my door), and there was a family with 2 children in the room above me whom ran around until after 1am and then up again b4 5am. Fun times.!! And it did absolutely NO Good telephoning management. And the Ice Machine was 'Out of Order'! « less
