Each condo offers private balcony, fully equipped kitchen, living/dining area, private bathroom with each bedroom, sleeper sofa, and has a washer/dryer.
Along with the nightly rate plus tax of 12.62%, there is a onetime non-refundable damage waiver fee of $40.00 per room. No additonal cleaning fees are added to your room when you stay a minimum of 2 nights or when you book a group.

Just returned from 4 nights at Long Beach Resort. We stayed in Tower 2, Unit 302. I would strongly advise that you NOT stay in this unit! If we hadn't checked in at 9:30 PM, exhausted, I would have demanded another unit. The furniture was cheap, dirty white wicker. Sofa was wallowed out. Bed was THE most uncomfortable I've ever tried to sleep on -- thin and hard, with no bed pad (only a thin flat sheet on the mattress). The tub faucet leaked; the shower faucet leaked; the tub was stained; the bathroom fan rattled; the dryer squealed. Kitchen table/chairs were poor quality glass and metal. The carpet was dirty and sticky. It was the equivalent of a Motel 6, if that good. I know that not everyone had the same experience as us -- we talked to several people who raved about how great their unit was. And the location can't be beat. Just take my advise and CHECK OUT the unit before you accept it! « less

My husband and I were in a property handled by Kim's Condos the lasrt week of April and our expereince was nothing short of superb. The Condo property in Long Beach Resort in Panama City was great (Unit 1104 in Tower 1) the beach is fantastic and Kim made us more than welcome. It was a very positive experience and we plan on returning evey year. The area is great, the beach is great, Long Beach Resort is very well maintained and a perfect location. « less

I am so puzzled by the bad reviews. We have been staying at Long Beach for the past 10 years. We have stayed in all towers. We have rented from various owners through VRBO and have never stayed in a bad one. Are some furnished more sparsely than others? Yes. But I have found that every condo has been clean.
The absolutely best part about renting from is Long Beach is the wide beach that is in front of the complex. Because there are only 15 floors for each tower, you do not have the CROWDS that most other beaches have that are in front of those mega-floor complexes. The parking lot is huge; you do not have to park in those parking garages or walk miles to get to your condo
The floor to ceiling views of the gulf that you get from every room and bedroom is like none other on the beach. The balconies are HUGE! In fact every room is spacious and airy!
I have always been impressed with the security provided by the Long Beach Resort.
I think that the Long Beach lagoon pool is the prettiest on the beach. My grandchildren love swimming around the islands and under the waterfalls.
Long Beach is ideally located near fantastic eats and great shopping. Dee's Hangout and Pineapple Willy's is just a very short walk away. A short drive will get you to Pier Park, Captain Anderson's, Schooners, The Boatyard, and David's New Orleans' Style Sno-Balls.
I suggest that anyone who wants to make sure that they get the right condo should use VRBO so that you can view pictures and read reviews of the condos.
We have been going to PCB every year for 38 years. There is no view like that of the beautiful Gulf. I am so thankful that I have a place to go to where I can enjoy this from the condo as well the beach. « less

I really don't know where some of the previous reviewers stayed or who they rented from, but I just returned from a week at Long Beach and once again, had a fabulous condo and a wonderful vacation!! We always rent our units from Kim's Condos, we've stayed in everything from a one bedroom when it's just me and hubby up to a three bedroom when we've got the whole family. This time we were with another couple and stayed in a two bedroom, tower 4-507, great, great, great!! All the furnishings looked new, the balcony furniture was comfortable and the place was spotless. I love the fact that Kim's Condos doesn't use keys, we had a code we used to get in our unit, very nice not having to keep up with keys at the beach. The 2 bedroom layout gave each couple plenty of space and love having both bedrooms look at the ocean. The weather was a little chilly, but in mid April it's usually a toss up either way. Only complaint I had was the pool bar, I paid $9 for a burger and fries then $12.50 for a chicken finger basket and a diet Coke, really this is too expensive for "pool food", most people only eat there once because of the prices. I wish the people who had it a few years ago would come back, they were a husband/wife team, I think, and they had great food and drinks and reasonable prices, we ate lunch there most every day.
The only place I will rent from is Kim's Condos, I've probably rented from her 6 or 7 times now, if we ever have a problem all it takes is a phone call and Kim will resolve it. Two times ago while staying in another unit, our tv just died. I called Kim and within about 3 hours her maintenance man was at my door with a nice, new flat screen. Great customer service! I think the onsite rental company is the one who gets the most complaints, at least that's what I heard from other people at the pool, the ones who rented from the office out at the street were really not happy with their units. And yes, there was construction going on in tower 2, but now it's done and looks beautiful, one of the property guys told me they will be doing towers 3 and 4 next but not until late August and then they will be done by March, so no construction happening during busy times and once they get all the buildings done, it's going to look fabulous!! Can't wait for my next trip in July!! « less

We have been staying at Long Beach Resort for about 5 years different condos. We have never had any problems have rented from some great people. Location is great We had stay in each of the towers. The kids love the pool. The snack bar at the pool has some great food. My husband is ready to buy a condo at Long Beach Resort and move to PCB. We go twice a year and we love it. Love the ocean view from every room. « less
