Due to a Conference nearby, we went there for few Nights and can say, that itis a good midle class Holiday Inn in Belgrade. From the airport, we reached the Hotel in just about 15 Minutes. From Hotel into the old Town, it was another 15 Minutes Drive to go there. It is located in a typical Businessarea, with few Officebuildings arround. Good Staff and fast Checkin and Checkout. Especially good there was the large Breakfast Selection - very nice!!! « less

It's a very nice facilty with helpful staff. Easy access from the airpot and to the businesses located in Novi Beograd. Still, this means it's stuck in the "deserted" area and you need a taxi to get to the city attractions.
Very modern setup. Comfortable and clean rooms.Good breakfast. All make a good business guest experience.
Only the wifi is a negative point. It simply doesn't work! Really bad and needs to be fixed asap if the hotel attempts to address the business needs of thir guests. « less

OK so the surroundings leave something to be desired, but the area is safe and there are shops eateries and a supermarket all within 300 mtrs, the airport is easly accessed and the hotel offers a good value shuttle service which I used both ways.I didn't go to the center but am assuerd it too is very easy to access. The hotel is an oasis of calm efficiency, the staff are the best I have encountered for some considerable time. The bar area is business like and comfortable and as it forms part of the lobby tends to be pleasantly lively and there is no smoking anywhere. Breakfast buffet was fine and though I did not eat in the restaurant for any other meals. I did however use room service which was pretty much the same menu, the food arrived quickly was not over priced and was good. My room, on the third floor was fine, it had everything anyone could possibly require, the TV had plenty of choices in English which really is unusual. The view, well what does it matter, a developing area in a city suburb ain't going to be beautiful! I have spent hundreds of nights (and will continue to do so) in as many IHG hotels around the globe, this group branded Holiday Inn is without doubt a model of how to do things properly and I highly recommend staying here. « less

Stayed here on business in 1st week of April. Arrived late into Belgrade so was thankful that the hotel was a short 10 or so minutes from the airport.
The hotel itself is a nice enough building, standard foyer and receiption with a bar and restuarant nearby on the ground floor.
The room was spacious, clean and kitted out with all the necessary amenities - though I wish more hotels would have a trouser press - after 2 flights that day my suit was in desperate need of a 'press'. Another small gumble, why is coffee offered in the room always always disgusting. Must be the creamer powder. It'd be nice to have some fresh milk put into the mini-bar or at worst cream in the little tubs.
So, in brief, here are my normal hotel check points:
Clean: CHECK! Real orange juice served at Brekkie: Didn't have breakfast Free Wifi: CHECK! Free gym: CHECK! (in basement, a bit small and limited but good enough) Undistrubed sleep: CHECK! One switch for ALL room lights: CHECK!
Not a bad score on that front.
All the staff were extremely helpful - especally when trying to sort out directions to Nis and Senta. The location of the hotel is perfect for this. The drive to Nis is circa 250km - out of the hotel, turned right and kep straight for 248km until turning off the motorway and then a short drive to the main road. For Senta it was out of the hotel, turn left and again practically a straight road for 200km to Senta. For a new driver in Serbia and not knowing the roads, it made it alot easier getting there and back. « less

It is relatively close to the airport but will cost you 1800 dinars for a taxi - which is the same price to anywhere in the city. It is 10 mins drive to the old town and this will cost you 700 or whatever the driver decides to charge you... Rooms are good, staff are very good and well trained. hotel is new. Just the location - fine if you are on business but appalling for a tourist! « less
