we enjoyed it but not easy to find it, because there aren't indicator signs. the room was enough clean, comfortable and silent. also the bathroom was enough clean and comfortable. the breakfast should be more varied and rich. the subway was far away from comfort inn so the shuttle might be available more often or also before 9.00 a.m.

It is a hotel in a quite area with bus stop and subway station near the area. Hotel staff is very helpful and ready to answer your question and give you support for finding places. Fresh coffee at the lobby at all times is great and coffee making facility in the room is very relaxing. Take the bus B61 from the corner of the street and reach to Jay Metrotech subway station and go any part of New York centre. You can also use shuttle servis to Carroll subway station which kindly provided by the hotel. Special thanks to a kind lady who is seen in early in the morning preparing breakfast, during the day traying to help customers. Thanks to all people of Brooklyn made our holiday wonderful. « less

This hotel was conviently located in Brooklyn. I loved that the rooms were extra clean (I stayed in two different rooms), the beds weres comfy and that the staff was very friendly. I really liked that the breakfast was included in the price of the room. The coffee could use some improvement but that is only a minor thing!
I travelled to this location for business purposes and I would highly recommend it as it is great value for the money. « less

This is our first family trip to New York have no idea where to stay until we found this hotel through Trip advisor review. Our four nights stay was very comfortable. This hotel is pretty new located in Brooklyn in a quiet neighborhood with regular shuttle bus service operating till late at night. Only a few minutes from the Metro train station. The price is very reasonable and the breakfast is pretty good. The cost of a private taxi to the airport is very reasonable. We will definitely stay here again if we return to New York. « less
