A guest would be better off if the hotel would give them discount coupons and go across the field and eat at McDonalds « less

We should have known that we chose the wrong place to stay from the moment we entered. The lady behind the desk did not greet us, smile or make us feel welcome at all. She stood there and stared at us until i asked her if we could check in. I have stayed at different places all over the country and never experienced the attitude that this lady had towards us. We came into town for a wedding and Microtel was the closest to the ceremony. I wish we had decided to stay further out at a better location. When we got to our room we noticed that we didnt have enough towels, when i asked for another towel the lady got upset and called me rude. I was tempted to request a refund at that moment but we had already gone into the room and unloaded the car. We will never stay at this Microtel again. « less
