I choose to stay at this hotel base on reviews from tripadvisor giving this hotel 2 and half stars. This location was BAD. The room was poor at best. The carpet had iron burn in the sleeping area. The room service was poor. When I return to the room after 5 pm, only one bed was made. I called for service to be told we don't move bedding if it is not on the bed. The staff has that problem with this before What???? The head of houskeeping told me this crap. They sent someone to make the bed. When the room was serviced, they not once vacumed the carpet, and when we left the air on they would turn it off. The room retain moisture, even with bathroom fan and AC on. As a seasoned traveller, I was shocked at the service and state of this hotel. No more Ramada Norcross!!!!! « less

I used this hotel because my meeting was there. My air conditioner didn't work. I went to the front desk to make sure they knew of the problem. Maintenance never came to check out the problem or make a repair. In addition, due to the way the bed frame was constructed, my shin and the bed frame had two very hard run-ins. « less

Upon arrival front desk continued to talk on the phone in which appeared to be a personal conversation, taking a while to acknowledge me and my wife. Bad first impression! The decor of the hotel is VERY OUT DATED and walking towards our hotel room strong smell of mold/wet carpet. Entering our room gave us slight hope. Bathroom seemed to be recently updated. King size bed was ok... not hard as most other hotels. What threw us off was most outlets not working. We did not have the time to complain because we were only staying one night in town and we were running late for a concert. But like the saying goes... you pay for you what you get... can not expect great service and everything to work if you are paying cheap prices!
Next time will invest in a better looking hotel!
