Clean convenient hotel with one big problem -- Sockets in desk lamp were too loose and neither my cell phone nor my iPad charged. My phone drained completely so my alarm did not go off in the morning and I overslept. When I mentioned this at the front desk, they said it was a known issue and the lamps need to be replaced. The front desk staff needs to be told to warn guests about this upon checki in. « less

Enjoyed a brief overnight on Marriott points. Clean and quiet - forget about the airport noise there are few if any night flights. We circled once to find the entrance paying better attention to the signs. We were in Rochester take our daughter home from College. Breakfast was great. Thanks Fairfield! They were ready with our key and room at checkin. Great service. « less

I had an early morning flight and this location made sense. It is a Marriott property and you get a great bed, clean room and a property that is well maintained. Drop the rental car off early as the full service Marriott will pick you up and drive you over for dinner. They also have multiple restaurants that provide delivery. In the morning you have a very short walk across the street to the terminal. « less

We stayed here on a "Park and Fly" type of rate...which was great - $2/day parking at the airport, couldn't be beat. However, it was a bit confusing getting parking - we had to go to the hotel first (a little confusing) to settle on our parking details, then go to the yellow shuttle lot. It seemed like it would be an okay walk to the airport, but since the shuttle was right there once we parked we took it. The beds were small (full/double size vs. queen) and the room completely average. Breafkfast also average (standard airport hotel stuff). Only real advantage is the airport location/airport parking rate. « less
