This place is owned by a Indian guy who knows nothing about hospitality. My boyfriend asked the service rep for more towels for our room, and he told him he would have to wait for the owner to come in. I finally went down to see why he had to wait for manager. Apparently they feel like customers are there to steal their towels. They told me to reuse the ones I had, and If I really wanted some more towels, I had to turn in the old ones I was using. It just so happens, that I like to use a lot of towels, which is just my personal preference. I I use wash towel for my face and another for other areas, but that shouldn't have to be mentioned to the owner. The staff was rude and the owner was even ruder. If you want a comfortable stay, please avoid this place. « less
