Cleanliness of room - needed a room a little later in the day and wanted one on the ground level - clerk desk offered us the handicapped room which was perfect. Appreciated her giving that oppertunity as we do not care to carry our luggage up stairs at our ages. She did offer one other room but perfumy smell bothered my husbands allergies. « less

The only reason I stayed was because there were no other rooms available at the Holiday Inn Express or bed and breakfast establishments. Next year we are booking early at the other lodging choices or staying in Salina. Hands down worst hotel I have ever stayed in. « less
