Most horrible hotel experience ever. We stayed at the Hotel Lotti for 12 nights. The first night we had to endure a Sauna for a room. The temperature was at least 30 degrees C even though they advertise AC. Apparently, they don't turn it on until May regardless of the outside or inside temperature. The bed was so hard we would have had a more comfortable sleep if we slept on the floor. The sofa, in the room, was like something you would pick up at a yard sale for $15.00.The cushions were flat and hard. The tub with a shower was high, making it difficult to get in or out (with no grab bars). It had a small partial wall which did not keep the water of the bathroom floor. The room also was not very clean. So we moved the next day to another room. Another nightmare. This room was very warm so we had to sleep with the windows open every night. It was very noisy from the traffic and homelesspeople shouting throughout the night. We als had no electricity for two nights. The lights kept going off. The circuit breakers in the room and the hallway kept tripping. So, after the front desk sent someone up to reset the breakers, I knew where the breakers were and that's what I did for 2 days and nights (going back and forth resetting them myself). Finally, after 2 days they resolved the electrical problem. Because the electricity was on and off for 2 days and nights, water from the fridge ran onto the floor. I wiped up the water in the mini-fridge with a towel. After I finished, the towel I used was black. They couldn't have cleaned that fridge since it was installed. Parts of the inside of that fridge were black. General maintenance and major cleaning is not a priority of this hotel. On the second day in this room, I dropped the hand towel in the bathroom and I noticed the lowere front exterior part of the toilet bowl was covered with dried feces. I couldn't believe it. That day we started to look at other hotels in the same area. We did find a couple, but unfortunately they were booked up so we had to remain at the Hotel Lotti. We contacted our travel agent and explained our situation. She contacted the hotel twice and requested that they meet with to discuss my situation. We never heard a word. We spent 2 weeks at teh Hotel Lotti 3 years ago and things could not have been better. This stay was horrible. They have certainly gone downhill. We will go back to Paris but we will never stay at Hotel Lotti again. The best thing about Hotel Lotti was leaving it. « less

We stayed in Paris at the end of a 3 week trip around France and spent 1 week in the Hotel Lotti. We upgraded to a corner suite and, wow, it was definitely worth the extra expense. We had plenty of space, despite having the baby cot in the bedroom, and the room was comfortable and bright. The reception staff were a little frosty, however, the bar staff and concierges were extremely helpful. Lotti is in a great location for seeing the sights and there are some lovely restaurants and shops nearby. We enjoyed breakfast in the Tuileries gardens in the mornings, what a wonderful way to start the day! « less

I stood 4 day with the family. The family room is huge (for Paris standarts) and so is the bathroom, it fit us three with no problem. The location is just the best, close to Louvre, Champs Elyse and so on!!! The staff very nice, profesional and they all speak english and some of the spanish. Some minor details in the room, but they will not affect your stay at all!!!! « less

No, they changed our daugther bed's size while we were outside of the room, without telling us anyting, we were astonihed. We found a camping bed, 28 cm. from the room's ground, large 65 centimeters, in a corner of our room, in the place where the last two night's our daughther had slept in a normal bed. We asked why, they put the phone out. We wrote a letter to the NH hotel direction of the Lotti hotel in Paris, and nobody replayed us. Bad surprise, don't recommand it. « less
