I sent an email as well and never got a return phone call or email. I was trying to finish a final paper and when I was about done a cock roach fell on the bed. I had only 2 1/2 hours left to sleep so I couldn't really go anywhere else. Sleep was awful because I kept the lights on and kind of kept an eye out for more bugs. There were stains on the wall that if the maid would just wipe things down better that would be taken care of. My coffee pot I couldn't use the top of it was stuck down just from not being cleaned. When I wiped it down I looked inside it and the full thing was filthy. I am very disappointed. I thought Super 8 was a better star rated hotel. After no one responding to my complaint from that night. I assumed that nobody cared either way. The TV had green spot on it for all channels. « less
