We found the room to be quite outdated. Towels very small. Rust on the fixtures in the room. The desk staff at checking was very nice as well as the the man tending to the breakfast. The cereal was stale and the sausage gravy was not tasty. I wish these inadequate "breakfasts" would stop being served and lower the rates, I am a budget traveler and since there is a "breakfast" I feel that I should take advantage of it because it is there but I am always disappointed. « less

As I was checking in I asked the desk clerk how are the rooms? she said "very nice"...maybe she should put her glasses on!!! « less

I arrived and asked to see a handicap room and was told by the man at the desk that I was not handicapped because I didn't come in with crutches or in a wheelchair. I felt humiliated by his comments. My handicap is personal. He refused to show me a handicap room. My wife and I left in tears and went across the street to the Quality Inn where I was treated with dignity and respect. Shame on you Super 8. I will never give you my business again. I returned the next morning to complain to the manager about his employee of the previous night. He didn't really seemed that concerned. I told him I will now complain to his Head office and to the Hardeeville Chamber of Commerce and left. « less
