Our room was clean, quiet and the maid service was daily. The only problem was the hair dryer was not working. We offered another room, but we were settled, so all we needed were extra towels for hair drying. Everyone that we came in contact with were professional and friendly. We will stay again next year when we bowl in the Ladies National Bowling Tournie in Reno. « less

Stayed one night in April 2013 in room 111. On check in desk clerk lady was prompt, efficient, and courteous. Room was nice and clean. Had new hardwood type flooring in bathroom. Bathroom sink had no drain stopper so had to let water run while shaving. Carpet appeared in good condition. Card lock on door appeared very new and worked well. Had mini refrigerator and microwave and cable TV. Didn't care for pillows on bed. Were too soft for me. Mattress was firm and comfortable. Didn't use heater/AC so don't know about that. Right next door to a restaurant but didn't eat there. Went to Applebee's where you get 10% off by showing room key. Next day had the motel continental breakfast but was disappointed. No sweet rolls, bagels, or fruit. Had cereal and toast and orange juice. They had make your own waffles but I didn't try them. Breakfast area is room 108 that has been converted so it is a bit small if there are many using it. Lobby was clean and overall the place looked well cared for. All in all I think it was worth it and I would recommend it. « less

The walls are paper thin (we could hear the man in the room next door snoring) and the bed was uncomfortable, but the reason we did not get much sleep was because a big group of noisy soccer players were staying in the motel. The room was clean though. The staff was amazing! They were so kind and friendly. I have stayed in nicer motels in town that charge a similar rate, but I have never stayed in a place that had a nicer staff. They are the reason why I would consider staying there again. « less

We called a few hotels on the way to Carson City, but decided to saty in Super 8 since it was conveniently located and mostly because the manager Pragna sounded very friendly and helpful on the phone. We came to Carson City for business and were looking for reasonable weekly rate, and we got what we were looking for - quiet clean room for a good price. All the hotel stuff especially Pragna was very accomodating and helpful, we got our room refreshed every day by a very friendly housekeeper. The rooms are small, but comfortable with micro, fridge and also have good Internet connection. There is a good family restaurant right next to it, and the hotel is just very short driving distance from quaint downtown, and bunch of other restaurants and shopping center. « less
