We stayed here two weeks ago, it was the first of four "Dan" hotels that we stayed in, other being,Dan Casearera, Dan Tel-Aviv and "The King David". Everything about the Panorama was excellent, we had a high up room, 9th floor, next to the executive lounge( which is fantastic)!!! The steward who looks after the lounge is a gem, a real gentleman, great old fashioned service with such attention to detail, the rooftop terrace is a great place to relax with a drink and some snacks after a busy day in Jerusalem. Friendly staff, a huge selection of top quality food at breakfast and a great location makes this a super hotel to stay in. Could not fault a thing. « less

I would have given this hotel a 5* except for the fact that I found the staff to be unorganized; they seemed overworked. Otherwise the rooms were exceptionally clean(housekeeping did a great job) & comfortable. Bar staff was ok but often acted a bit nonchalant. Breakfast was fantastic, as was the service. Bar prices were ok. Make sure you don't miss the pizza place across the street! I would certainly stay at this hotel chain again. « less

This is a well located hotel... Free internet in the Lounge and the rooms are clean and large enough for anyone doing a tour like we were. The breakfast buffet was ample and the free tour walk that we took to the German section was great. All in all I have no idea why someone would want to spend twice as much to stay at the King David.. « less

We stayed over at the passover holiday, which explained the relatevly low variety at the dinning hall, never the less, the charming receptionist Ayellet saved the vacation with great tips, a warm smile, a great sence of humor, and perfect recommendetions on places we could eat non-passover-kosher food and drinks just 5 minutes away. On the other hand we got a bit of a bad taste from Issam, the reception manager, who tried pushing us towards taking over-priced trips and tours every time we met him at the reception. Overall, we enjoyed our time at the hotel. The rooms were clean and tidy, location is perfect with walking distance from every attrective place in the city. Thanks! Hope to see some of you next time! « less
