As a rule of thumb I don't stay at motels, when you walk out your door you're in the parking lot. BUT, I checked the room out first before paying for it! What a pleasant surprise! Updated with new bedding, bathrooms, flat screen TVs, clean, friendly staff and comfortable! Breakfast left a little to be desired, basic, stuff, although, you need to arrive early, because they don't refill after 8:30 AM or so. Overall, I would stay here again! Comfort of Holiday Inn Express at Motel 6 prices! « less

After reading these reviews I checked thoroughly for bed bugs but didn't find any. I asked for non-smoking but the guy at the desk said none were available but the place looked empty so maybe the room I got was one of the few "good" ones left.
The problems - room key card didn't work. Had to go back to the desk to have it fixed. Both chairs are broken. One chair has a huge rip in the seat. The table lamp didn't work. A microwave was on top of the minifridge but not plugged in. I tried to plug it in but the cord wouldn't reach. Only way to plug it in was to put it on the floor. Had to call the desk to get the wifi security code. No toilet lid.
There was a sleet, ice, and snow warning for this area so I had to get off the road. If I wasn't stuck here I'd leave. « less

My mom & I stayed here 2 weeks ago, the stay was very uncomfortable! The comforters were dirty, hair on the sheets, not to mention bed bugs, once taken to the front desk they offored our money back, I asked for corporate # they refused. Long story short we haven't been right since staying here. They were everywhere! Everywhere! I'm emotionally distrot! I would never stay at another hotel. They will be hearing from my attorney! « less

I'm not sure which was worst - the rooms or management. There were bed bugs and roaches. We asked housekeeping for additional toilet paper and they told us that K-mart was across the street. Management was unwilling to even discuss the problems. Don't visit this hotel unless you want to leave with some extra pests and bugs that you didn't come with. « less
