The room was the dirtiest that I have ever stayed in. If the room wasn't prepaid I would have left. The carpet was dirty, there was dust on the tables and the headboard of the bed. Screw holes in the walls and the bathroom wall the bracket for the towels was missing and holes in the wall The mirror in the bathroom was all stained. The entrance door to the building was not secured. « less

Where to start. Heating system did not work. Wi-Fi did not work. Workout room was closed. Sheets were to short and narrow so they did not tuck in and 6 inches of the mattress at the end was bare. Breakfast was the worst ever. Toast, cheerios or corn flakes only. Coffee was brown water. Juice was orange water. The only thing good about it was the front desk clerk was nice but he was working when I checked in at 8:00 pm and still working at 10:30 when I checked out because his relief did not show. « less

I don't know that I've ever rated a motel so low and am a little sorry to do so, but seriously, this place needs help. We checked in early evening, a good 3 hours after check-in time. The first room we were given wasn't cleaned; the people who checked in right behind us had the same issue. Not sure why the desk wasn't told by Housekeeping that they hadn't cleaned those rooms. The second room at least had a made bed. I'm not sure it had been vacuumed recently; there was trash on the floor, and there was a strip about 1" wide all along the walls and furniture bases just full of crumbs, lint, dirt, and other detritus. There were bath towels and wash cloths; no hand towels. There was a small coffee pot, and a stack of oversized filters, the kind you use in urns, but no coffee or cups. No drinking glasses of any kind. The bathroom door was missing its latch, so no privacy possible. The internet was "broken". And the continental breakfast was incredibly skimpy. We ended up going to the diner next door.
The sign reads "Under New Management". I hope they can address these issues, but I'm not sure I'd come back. There were a few other hotels within a stone's throw - I'd probably try one of those next time. « less

This is my first ever review and I stay at a lot of hotels. This place is horrible, mold on the shower curtains, no washcloths, no hand towels, stained towels, mold around the sink, the grout on the tiles was black from lack of cleaning. The room wasn't vacuumed, the heat didn't work in one room went to another and had to refuse it because of it was even more disgusting. I went through three rooms before accepting a room that one was also disgusting but I prepaid so I stayed there. I must say Super 8 will not be getting any of my BUSINESS any time soon. « less
